The living room on the lower floor is spacious, elegantly and comfortably furnished. It is equipped with a large flat panel TV and entertainment system.
The modern kitchen is well equipped with western style appliances and utensils. There is one dining table in the living room and second table on the terrace in front. The living room is air-conditioned and has ceiling fans as well.
Three spacious master bedroom suites with separate access from the outside are like small apartments within the holiday villa. They are furnished with king-size beds, sitting furniture, dresser, wardrobe and wall- mounted flat panel TV with DVD player. Of course there are air-conditioners and fans in every bedroom. Ensuitebathrooms have double wash-basins, shower and toilet. Two bedrooms are on the upper floor of the holiday villa and one on the ground floor. Holiday Villa L3 is situated at the first row of Coconut Laguna Beach. The aerial view from 2008 shows the beach property prior to the house's construction. Coconut Beach at the northern shore of Koh Samui was set aside for residential developments and remained a quiet oasis without mass tourism hotels. Guests at this location still feel the original character of an unspoiled tropical island getaway.
